He has more than 20 years of work experience in Manufacturing and Process Engineering for automotive component manufacturing companies handling new product launch projects and process improvements, kaizens, PR improvement, Cost reduction, Automation, and Moulding.

​

In his career progression, he has excelled in various roles from manufacturing engineer to Plant Manager level. He has worked with some of the best companies in India like Visteon, Delphi, and Subros Ltd, and in Canada with Desillus Solutions, Metalix, and  Denso Manufacturing.

He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and did his MBA in Operations.

He is a hard-core Mechanical Engineer with great technical skills in setting up new production lines for new product development and new model tooling development. He has vast experience in supplier negotiations, machine specification finalization and document upkeep as per TS16949 standards, machine inspections and buy-off, layout planning, machine commissioning, and installation, process improvement, kaizen, APQP (Advanced product quality planning) methodology, lean manufacturing principles. He has been trained in Denso Thailand and Japan in QA (Quality Analysis) Network and machine operations.

He has experience of 1.5 years in illustration drawings and mechanical design drawings. He has sound knowledge in AutoCAD 2D drawings and Photoshop.

He is a fast learner with effective communication skills. He has strong leadership qualities and believes in teamwork. He is a comprehensive thinker whose skill sets include patient listeners and being an efficient planner.

With his vast industrial experience, is now providing service to the industry by connecting Customers to quality and cost-effective suppliers from around the world.
